These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of TradeCore and the purchase or sale of digital game items through the platform. By using the website, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your country, and legally able to enter into binding agreements. You are responsible for providing accurate account, Steam and transaction information.
2. Platform service
TradeCore provides tools for browsing, purchasing and selling digital game items. Item availability, tradeability and delivery may depend on Steam, payment providers and other third-party services that we do not control.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for protecting your account and linked Steam account. Tell us promptly if you believe that your account has been accessed without permission.
4. Orders and payments
Prices and accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout. An order is not complete until payment has been authorised. We may reject or cancel transactions affected by pricing errors, suspected fraud, sanctions, technical faults or unavailable items.
5. Digital delivery
Digital items are normally delivered through a Steam trade offer. You must provide a valid trade URL and maintain an account that is able to trade. Delays caused by Steam restrictions, trade holds, inventory limits or incorrect user information are outside our direct control.
6. Selling items
Items submitted for sale must belong to you, be genuine and remain tradeable. Applicable commissions, payout limits and processing details are shown in the selling interface before confirmation.
7. Refunds and cancellations
Because digital items may be delivered immediately, cancellation rights can be limited after delivery or acceptance. Contact support as soon as possible if an order has not been delivered, is incorrect or appears unauthorised.
8. Prohibited use
You must not use the platform for fraud, money laundering, chargeback abuse, unauthorised automation, disruption of the website, infringement of third-party rights or circumvention of regional and account restrictions.
9. Intellectual property
Website design, text, logos and code belong to their respective owners. Game names, item names, trademarks and related assets remain the property of their respective rights holders. TradeCore is not endorsed by or affiliated with Valve Corporation unless expressly stated.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect loss or for failures caused by Steam, payment networks, hosting providers or other third parties.
11. Changes
We may update these terms when the service or applicable law changes. The revised version will be published on this page with a new update date.
